HUD Continuum of Care Program (FY21) Applications, Ratings and Rankings for the Greater Grand Traverse Area Continuum of Care

The U.S Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) requires Continuums of Care (CoCs) to evaluate project performance and rank projects based on CoC priorities. he CoC Program is an essential resource in helping HUD meet the national goals of preventing and ending homelessness in the United States. CoCs should use objective, performance-based scoring criteria and selection priorities that are approved by the CoC to determine the extent to which each project addresses HUD's policy priorities. CoCs should reallocate funds to new projects whenever reallocation would improve outcomes and reduce homelessness and consider how much each project spends to serve and house an individual or family as compared to other projects serving similar populations.

The Collaborative Application Draft for the FY21 HUD COC Program Competition has been posted to the COC website on 11/2/21. There will be a public comment period lasting from 11/2/21 until 11/9/21 at 4:00pm. If you have comments, questions, concerns or edits please reach out to the COC Coordinator, Ashley Halladay-Schmandt before 11/9/21 at 4:00pm. The application will be submitted into e-snaps on 11/10/21.
