When possible, plan to be on the phone with your client when intake calls back. The Call Back ID number is (231) 947-3780

1. Ask client if you can provide their name, phone and a description of their household situation.

2. Tell Intake who you work for.
   Provide your name, phone number and email address

3. Provide dates/times of availability.
